PepCore ("the app") is developed by Khaled Ashraf. This policy explains what data the app handles.
Your health data never leaves your device unless you explicitly send it somewhere (iCloud backup, AirDrop export, or an AI Coach request you initiate).
This data is stored locally in the app's encrypted private storage (iOS Data Protection). We have no servers that receive it. We cannot see it.
If you use iCloud Backup, your data is stored in your own private iCloud container, governed by Apple's iCloud terms. We cannot access it.
When you send a message or image to the AI Coach, that content plus your tracked stack summary and health profile is sent to Anthropic's API to generate the response. Requests are processed per Anthropic's API data policies. We do not store your conversations on any server; chat history is saved on your device only. Do not upload anything you don't want processed by a third-party AI service.
Payments are processed entirely by Apple. We never see your payment details. We receive anonymous transaction receipts to unlock Premium.
Delete the app and all local data is removed. Delete your iCloud backup from the app or from iCloud settings.
PepCore is for adults 18+. It is an educational reference and tracking tool — it does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions, or recommendations.
